COVID-19 Shipping Update
Orders are still being processed and shipped, though you may encounter delayed shipping times. Current international delivery delays could be between 3 - 6 weeks.
COVID-19 Sanitization Update
Studies show that it is extremely unlikely for COVID to survive on mail packages. However, we are still taking sanitization measures before handling merchandise for safety.

Allow up to 2 business days for a response to your inquiry.

We try hard to ship all orders as soon as they are received. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as orders ship. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon.

Cancel Order
If you want to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible. If our fulfilment centre hasn’t processed your order we will try to stop your order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once orders are placed.

If we do cancel your order, most banks generally take between 3-5 days to refund your payment back into your account. It may take up to 3 billing cycles for your refund to show up on your printed credit statement. If you have any issues with this please check with your card company.
Returns
Full price items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in its original unused, unaltered, and unwashed state. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product and we have available stock we will send you a new product to replace the misorder. If we are out of stock in the product you ordered we will offer you a full refund and 30% off a future order.

International Shipping
You may be subject to pay tariffs and import taxes upon delivery. These costs are different for every country. Quality Clothing will not cover these costs, or refunds on your product if you fail to make these payments.

Fabrics
All of our fabrics are chosen and designed to be environmentally conscious. Specific details can be found under each product but most products are made with organic cotton, organic hemp, recycled polyester, or a blend of the 3.

Posters are made with 100% recycled paper.
Carbon Neutrality
We are partnered with carbonfund.org to offset our carbon emissions for all business activities and all shipments. The organization does this by investing in green projects such as renewable energy projects, tree planting, and more.
